But while the failure rate on HealTech products is extremely low due to their rigorous production and materials standards, we know that the rare issue can arise with any product, usually from a mistake in the setup process. 2) If we cannot resolve your issue, we will refer you to HealTech's technical staff, at which time they will determine if it's a user issue or product defect/warranty issue.
